It’s time for the annual Tartu Printmaking Fest so I tried linocut for the very first time. The design, of course, is my original so if you want to use it for a tattoo or whatever, feel free to contact me but no stealing, ok? :) Overall, I see linocut as an awesome technique but it takes time and effort to get a good result. This time I was in a hurry but I’ll sure try with the same plates again when I get the time. I’m interested in mixing the paints and experimenting a bit. Here I used white and red paint, 2 linoleum plates and a black A3 paper.
